We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Latin Asset Exchange Center for the Miami, FL office.

Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director of the Latin Asset Exchange Center, the Coordinator will be responsible for the data entry of the various systems for the integration of Univision Music Group into Universal Music Group. The Coordinator will also be responsible for the ongoing digital asset management of Univision releases for the Latin Asset Exchange Center. Duties include managing systems and handling special projects. This individual will develop an in-depth understanding of the existing business practices and the various systems used (including Archimedes, Atlas, Milestone, RMS, CART, PartsOrder, AEC, UMGDb2b and GDRS) in order to facilitate the Univision production process. This position requires a high level of organization, the ability to multi task, attention to detail and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Data entry
• Enter Univision Mobile releases into RMS system and schedule in Milestone system
• Enter Univision releases into Milestone and CART systems
• Enter Univision artists and releases into RMS and PartsOrder systems
• Data entry for back catalog

Univision Integration
• Assist Associate Director with Univision Integration duties for Partsorder and Wam!Net
• Assist Graphics Manager with Univision Integration duties for AEC, UMGDb2b and Workspace
• Assist Production Specialist with Univision Integration duties for Milestone and RMS
• Assist with Archimedes & Atlas set up of Univision labels for RMS purposes
• Assist with the collection and storage of Univision music videos, audio masters, and artwork
• Specific Univision projects as assigned by Associate Director

Requirements:
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels of our company
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Self-motivated
• BA degree preferred
