We are currently seeking a Travel Payment Services Coordinator for the Santa Monica office.

Job duties:
• Responsible for reconciling and uploading weekly AMEX airfare upload
• Research incorrect coding, and purchase orders that are short
• Send coding corrections to BCD
• Direct coding and processing of direct bill invoices
• Research and resolve travel related issues with BCD, vendors and operating companies
• Vendor maintenance for travel related vendors, as well as setup for direct billing hotel accounts
