Community Outreach Director

About the job

We are seeking a Part-Time Community Outreach Director to help empower young girls through music and performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Volunteer recruiting, training, and coordinating year-round
-Developing partnerships with other outreach programs
-Directing 1 week of summer camp

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years in a nonprofit setting or coordinating role
-Ability to manage several projects at once
-Ability to work autonomously and under supervision
-Proven organizational and time management skills
-Ability to connect with diverse groups
-Passionate about creating a positive community for girls
