We have an immediate opening for a Broadcast Engineer at HOT 97, KISS-FM, 101.9 RXP, its 3 station radio cluster in New York City.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years Radio Broadcast experience.
Candidates should be proficient with FM transmitters including HD, EAS, as well as IT based systems including: studio audio distribution, broadcast consoles, routing switchers, digital editors, automation systems, and remote broadcast equipment. Strong wiring, design, and documentation skills are a plus. Daily duties may require the ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders and in tight places. The position is salaried and requires flexible hours which may exceed a normal 40 hour work week and being on call.
Applicant pluses include FCC/SBE/computer license/certification, ability to do component level repair and RF experience/knowledge.
