We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Audio Mixer for a daily four-hour, live and in-studio talk show.
You must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline heavy, sometimes high pressure, team environment. Responsible for the overall sound balance. Must have a comprehensive knowledge and experience with Euphonix console!!! A thorough knowledge of RTS KP32, Cronus Matrix, mix minus, IFB, telos, and overall signal flow is required.
Individual will need to control the various components of the audio process, including set up, equalization, level compression, sibilance control, and the overall richness of the sound. Individual should be able to work with producers and directors to contribute to the overall quality of the shows. Candidate is expected to work flexible hours which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position requires a High School degree. College degree preferred. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of industry experience.
