We are seeking a Booking Agent for an established company in the music industry.

Looking for a Rock/Pop Agent and a Jazz/Funk Agent.

Responsibilities include:
-Work directly with the Director of Bookings & Artist Relations in various international territories in order to identify specific booking accounts.
-The agent will handle accounts personally (with the Director’s guidance) and correspond on behalf of the Director in order to increase bookings for the agencies artist roster.
-Research and catalog venues, promoters, and festivals for potential bookings.
-Organize, update and maintain databases and contact lists.
-Coordinate travel logistics for touring artists.
-Initiate the contracting process for engagements.
-Research potential Artist additions to the agency roster.
-Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills/qualities required are:
-Knowledge/experience in Jazz, Funk, Pop & Rock (at least 2 genres) and interest in the entertainment industry.
-Ideal candidate has at least 3 years (preferred) experience in the music industry as a Booking Agent.
-Existing Promoter/Buyer relationships required.
-Existing Artist Roster preferred.
-Bi-Lingual preferred (Japanese, Spanish, or any additional European Languages).
-Professional phone manner and demeanor.
-Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
-Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
-An interest to grow in the company.

Position is located in South Florida. Company will consider Remote positions for qualified candidates.
