We are he West Side's newest live music venue. We're new, but are taking over this town. If you don't know us yet -- you will.
Who are you?
You are a full time promoter and part-time bartender. You are here because you want to be part of something big. You are fast, don't crack under pressure and can handle volume when it comes your way. You do everything in your power to promote your shift and the bar -- flyers, text messages, myspace, e-mails, posters, etc. because you know that your efforts come back to you 10 times over and when the place is packed -- your tip jar is full. You are passionate, outgoing, energetic, honest, reliable, always professional and a complete neat freak. You know that while this is a fun and sometimes crazy environment, there are serious responsibilities that come with this job and you never take them lightly. You are a team player who works hard and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty. Experience is a plus, but attitude is a must. This is not a "clock in and clock out" job. We are hand picking the best of the best to build a team of absolute rockstars. so if youre in it for the long run, this is the place for you. Hell we even provide a 401k plan. We are hiring for both night shifts and day shifts but you MUST live within 5 miles of the bar. We will not consider applicants who do not live in or near Santa Monica. Think youve got what it takes?
