An artist-owned independent record label with international distribution and a ten-album catalog, is seeking an industry veteran for full-time position of Assistant Label Manager to help oversee all aspects of Distribution, Marketing and Product Management. Proficiency with Macintosh applications such as Filemaker, Quark, Photoshop and Quickbooks preferable, and book keeping experience a plus. We are looking for a highly organized problem-solver and strong delegator to help coordinate new releases and artist tour dates with existing publicity/booking personnel. HTML skills and familiarity with New Media a plus. Salary negotiable depending on qualifications of the applicant and how perfect the "fit". We are located in New York City.
