High standard recording facility with major label clients in Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and reliable candidate for an Assistant Studio Manager position.

Title: Assistant Studio Manager

Status: Part-time

Objective: Provide operational / administrative support to the Studio Manager.


Responsibilities:

The Assistant Studio Manager’s responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following:

- Coordinate the internship program
- Handle all incoming/outgoing communication.
- Effectively present information, interact with, and respond to questions from manager, clients and interns.
- Maintain log book
- Create/manage inventory list and place office supplies orders.
- Maintain expense report


Qualifications:

- Minimum (1) year of professional experience in a Recording Studio.
- A degree, preferably in business or communication required.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and highly organized.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and OS X.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and work well under
pressure.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.


Salary: $10.00 per hour
