We are a contemporary school of music located in Hollywood, California. We prepare our students for careers in the music industry as recording artists, performers, sound engineers, promoters and managers. Our students arrive with a passion for music and leave with the practical knowledge, technical skills and the hands-on experience it takes to transform their aspirations into careers.

We are presently seeking an Assistant Student Billing Coordinator to better serve our students.

The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to successfully interact with several situations at a time under set deadlines
Outstanding customer service skills (if you have “okay” social skills – DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION)
EXCELLENT communication skills (if you are “okay” with emails and phone correspondence – DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION)
Excellent time management skills (if you can ‘kinda’ manage your day – DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION). The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work overtime as required.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to focus in a loud, fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Unquestionable honesty and integrity
Previous Student Billing and Datatel Colleague experience a plus
