This position is responsible for business development of the artist relations program within the American Hearing Benefits/ListenHear department. This position is responsible for sales and customer relations of the in-ear monitors and the hearing conservation program to music professionals and music labels. Developing and maintaining relationships within the music industry is key to this role.

Requirements:
Minimum education, certification and experience requirements
Education: College degree required. Degree in the arts or communication is desired
Experience: 1-2 years experience in the music industry is desired; 1-2 years sales experience is required
Knowledge
Competency to take ear impressions is required
Maintain technical knowledge of acoustics and ear level electronics is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with social networking is required
Must have a proactive nature
Ability to close sales is required
Must be able to maintain professional relationships with musicians and label management at all levels of the industry
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
