Administrative Assistant wanted for Music Business Office This is a full time position for very busy Business Manager in the Music Industry. Need to hire an assistant ASAP.
The office is located in Agoura Hills, small family run business. Please do not apply if this would be a long commute. -References will be checked Hours: 10:30a-6:30p (Sometimes a bit later) M-F. Occasionally, a few hours are needed on a Saturday. Duties include, but are not limited to: *Making/Answering telephone calls * Paying bills * Keeping merchandise inventory stocked (on the road, and at the office). Making sure quantities are up to date & accurate *Creating/Sending Purchase Orders *Sending out packages via Fed Ex & USPS *Running errands (Must have reliable transportation) *Filing *Composing letters, must have excellent spelling and grammar *Updating Websites *Cater to Artists needs when they are in the recording studio (also on-site) Please meet the following requirements: * Must be Punctual *Must have excellent phone etiquette *Must be organized *Must have experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, Word *Ability to multi-task *Ability to think ahead, follow-through, follow-up, and meet deadlines *Ability to lift 30 lbs. * Must have 1-2 years assistant experience
