Administrative Assistant for Human Resources and Operations

Overview:
This fast-paced role is the administrative support position for the VP of Human Resources and the SVP of Operations. The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. An interest in human resources or operations management is desired. The position is located in Teaneck, NJ.
Primary Duties:
• Booking travel
• Scheduling
• Operations data management
• Recognition: Correspondence regarding performance, birthday cards, new schools, etc.
• Board and meeting presentations
• HR Policy administration
• HR Training administration
• Employment administration (process offer letters, documents)
• New hire orientation, on-boarding
• Recruitment administration (job posting, tracking, making appointments, greeting)
• Research (best practices, regulations)
• Employee records management
• Internship program recruitment
• Answers phones, process correspondence
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum two years administrative support of one or more executives
• HR or operations experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Office); strong presentation prep skills
• High detail orientation and strong prioritization skills
• Data analysis skills
• Open, inquisitive, enjoys learning, quick study
• College degree preferred
• Interest in music and related arts is a plus
