This vacancy was posted on 11/19/09 We are in search of a full-time Administrative Assistant. The prime candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the executive team. These tasks include preparing management reports, maintaining files, answering calls, and assisting the accounting department and other related clerical and administrative support functions as they arise. Must have high level of proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Position requires 2-5 years administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, self-starter, and excellent phone/customer service skills a must. |
