We are looking for a bi-lingual Account Executive. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH, NO EXCEPTIONS!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides customer care and generates revenues through new and renewal sales.
Makes traditional telemarketing, sales, or renewal calls.
Updates internal systems.
Initiates research and verifies change of status to other departments.
Carefully manages all opportunities.
Responds to all customer inquiries.
Utilizes automated systems as assigned.
Addresses music profile discrepancies and assures correct fees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service environment required.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Database maintenance skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficient with Windows, MS Office, SMS, Oracle and OIT.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Knowledge of licensing products and licensing process.
