We are seeking an A&R Manager to lead a digital scout team and a ground scout team to success in finding new talent for our label.
-Must understand the music industry and how it works, follow direction and show good leadership skills.
-Experience in acquiring talent and an eye for marketable music is a must.
-Will be responsible for hiring digital scouts and leading campaigns to both acquire new talent and to market the image and brand of the label.
-Audio engineering skills are looked highly upon.
